Delivery & Return Policy

(Effective: January 1, 2003)

All efforts will be made to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of the purchase order or request. Unless otherwise requested, all shipments will be with UPS Ground Service. All shipping costs for other service types will be paid by the customer.

Hydro Glow, Inc. will provide free shipping for any warranty related return. If a Hydro Glow Inc. product fails for any reason, other than customer abuse or neglect, all Hydro Glow Fishing Lights come with a limited 2 year warranty, except all DockMaster Lights come with a limited 1 year warranty.
