Glow, Inc. will provide free shipping for any warranty related return. If a Hydro Glow Inc. product fails for any
reason, other than customer abuse or neglect, all Hydro Glow Fishing Lights
come with a limited 2 year warranty, except all DockMaster
Lights come with a limited 1 year warranty.
Service and Support
All requests for technical service and support should
be made directly to Hydro Glow, Inc. in accordance with our terms and
conditions. All requests for technical service and support for any third-party
suppliers’ products should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance
with their terms and conditions.
